While she was alive, LADY DEATH had a boyfriend. His name was NICCOLO and he was educated at a university which was very unusual during the Middle Ages. Unfortunately, MATTHIAS sacrificed NICCOLO during one of his bloody campaigns. Later in hell, NICCOLO resurfaced as sorcerer in MATTHIAS's final army. After LUCIFER'S defeat, NICCOLO resurfaced again, this time as self-appointed guardian of "The Nexus of All Things." His existence, according to LADY DEATH, was merely an oversight, and he was extinguished.
