I submit that the dimensions of the universe can be ascertained by the measurement of the level of coincidence: For the outward radiation of event waves reflects back upon us sooner in a smaller universe, and in a more orderly form. While the constant that relates the two remains unknown, the changes in the level of coincidence will show us whether the universe is becoming larger or smaller. I believe that the level of coincidence is increasing, therefore the universe is shrinking.
